We collect your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter via the online form.

Marketing and email newsletter

If you subscribe to our email newsletter we may use your information to provide you with further information by email about the services we offer.  You can choose to unsubscribe at any point by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email.

Subscribed activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation.  Such tracked activity may include: the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates and frequency of activity (this is by no means a comprehensive list).

Retention Periods

We store your personal data on secure servers for slightly different periods depending on the nature of the personal data.

For example, any personal data collected as part of a successful funding application shall be store in accordance with funding requirements for the life of the funding;
Other personal data, such as emails shall be stored for 2 years from the date on which you cease to be a client of ours or for a period of 6 years if we are specifically required to retain your personal data for HMRC purposes if we are legally required to do so.
